Individual Therapy
1:1 virtual Telehealth sessions designed and tailored with your goals in mind. The goals of these sessions will vary depending on your presenting needs. Areas of speciality include trauma-informed care, depression, anxiety, ADHD, adjustment issues, Christian counseling, stress management, interpersonal relationships, and navigating family dynamics.
Fees: 60-minute therapy session fee is $125/hour, with a sliding scale fee available. I do not participate with insurance panels, fees for service are private pay and out of pocket. I can provide superbills for insurance reimbursement upon request.
Parent Support
Targeted and structured support for parents and guardians navigating relationships with their children. Connection and understanding can be complicated, let’s talk about how to best provide attuned support and strengthen the parent-child relationship.
Fees: 60-minute parent support session fee is $125/hour, with a sliding scale fee available. I do not participate with insurance panels, fees for service are private pay and out of pocket. I can provide super-bills for insurance reimbursement upon request.
Clinical Supervision
Charis is an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) and is registered with the Virginia Board of Counseling to provide clinical supervision towards licensure for Virginia LPC residents.
Charis has worked in clinical supervision for the past few years and has provided over 4,000 hours of direct supervision to residents and mental health professionals. Charis has had extensive training in clinical supervision to include specific areas of feedback, supervision via telehealth, person-centered supervision, ethics in supervision and group supervision.
Fees for Virginia LPC Resident supervision are $110/hour. Please email to inquire about openings for clinical supervision.
Consulting Services
Charis offers consultation in the area of clinical supervision, specifically to supervisors who want further training and support. Whether you are a new clinical supervisor or a seasoned supervisor, need collaboration regarding a current supervisee, or setting up a clinical supervision structure, consultation can support you as a supervisor and provide clarity and a plan moving forward. Let’s talk about your goals and what you would like to see for your clinical supervision practice.
